At Terrarium Dhaka, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of live plants, we have specific return and refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are healthy and correctly delivered.

• Any live plants that have been altered, repotted, or mishandled after delivery.

• Custom or personalized orders.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return request is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.

• After processing or dispatch, cancellations may not be accepted.
