At Terrarium Dhaka, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of live plants, we have specific return and refund guidelines.
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Products that are healthy and correctly delivered.
Any live plants that have been altered, repotted, or mishandled after delivery.
Custom or personalized orders.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After processing or dispatch, cancellations may not be accepted.
